We do not accept any cancellation/return/exchange requests for orders unless it is an unavoidable situation. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, we would be happy to exchange it - only if it's a mishap on our end and is notified to us within 2 days of receiving the parcel.

Once we receive an order, we take upto 3 working days to process it. Once shipped, you can expect to receive your parcel within 4-7 days. 

The standard shipping cost within India is 60 rupees, which is what our courier partners charge us.

International shipping cost depends on the country, and usually varies between 8-15 USD.
